Cancellation and Refund


You can apply for order cancellation before your order has been dispatched/ shipped. In case the order is dispatched the customer will have to file for a return order. The amount will be refunded within 48 hours of cancellation depending on the mode of payment and transfer. You can also opt for a hassle-free refund by choosing refund through APC coupons which can be redeemed for future purchases. These coupons will have a validity of six months.

If you have used a discount coupon while placing the order and have had to cancel it, the discount coupon will be considered used as they are intended for one time use only.


Incase you have changed your mind and would like to return the product, we will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, or undamaged product within 7 days of original purchase.  Original tags must still be attached, and there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the return balance. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


You can apply for replacement in the case of damaged or missing items. We need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery for any damaged or missing items via email along with the pictures of the said issue. The replacement of the item will be initiated after your request is reviewed and approved by our team. The shipping charges will be taken care of by APC in case of replacement.
